Gelcoat is used as a top coat over fibreglass and composite materials. Gelcoats are isophthalic resin based adhesive that give a smooth glossy finish. The Neutral base means that liquid or powder piments can be added to the gelcoat, neutral base only means that the gelcoat is unpigmented not "clear" gelcoat. Unwaxed gelcoat does require air dry in the final layer of application to cure hard, if not the surface remains tacky so a second coat can be applied without preparation. Requires air dry 2.5% v/v to cure hard.
*THE MEKP CATALYST MUST BE USED IN THE CORRECT QUANTITY, OR THE RESIN OR GELCOAT WILL NOT CURE*
