    We are happy to provide a source for safe boating by uploading the link to the Safe Boating Guide. This document lays out specific requirements for boat safety items including signalling devices, fire prevention/ extinguishers, boat inspection, charts and publications, licensing requirements and registrations and fuel safety needs.

    For paddle sports including canoeing, kayaking and paddle boarding the safety requirements are a personal flotation device (life jacket), water tight flash light, bailing device, sound signalling device and a buoyant heaving line (throw rescue line).
